The chinchillas on this page are new arrivals and are not yet ready for adoption.  Every chin that comes to ForCHINate Chins will remain here for a minimum of 30 days for evaluation to ensure they are in the best of health before being made available for adoption.

Bam Bam, Pebbles & Rose

Bam Bam, Pebbles and Rose came to ForCHINate Chins on January 26, 2008.  Bam Bam is a Beige Male and is approximately 2 1/2 years old, Pebbles is a Standard Gray Female and is approximately 5 years old, Rose is a Standard Grey Female and is 6 months old She is the baby of Bam Bam & Pebbles.  Bam Bam was removed from the trio upon arrival and we are currently trying to find a cagemate for him since he is very lonely without the other two.  It is possible that the girls are pregnant, so they will remain here for at least 4 months so we know for sure.  In the pictures below, Bam Bam is on the left, Pebbles is in the middle, and Rose is on the right. 

****UPDATE:  A very generous lady offered to pay to have Bam Bam neutered so that the family could be together again.  The neuter went extremely well and Bam Bam is now fully recovered and back with his "Wife and Daughter" they are extremely happy to be back together as you can see in the "family reunited" picture beneath their individual pictures!!!

**Update:  Pebbles did have one baby, but sadly he didn't make it :(  We're still waiting to see if Rose is pregnant or not.

Zoey & Neo

Zoey & Neo came to ForCHINate Chins on June 15, 2008.  The girls are standard gray sisters and were born on August 24, 2006.  Both girls are fur chewers, but I beleive its from lack of attention as their fur is growing back slowly.  Pics coming soon!

Chico & Chase

Chico & Chase came to ForCHINate Chins on June 25, 2008.  Their previous owner was not longer able to care for them due to medical probems.  Chico is a standard gray (born in January of 2006) and Chase is a Mosaic (born in May of 2007)   They are very sweet boys and are going to make great pets for someone to love!!  Pics coming soon!!
